After 20 years in construction Jeff Tyler decided to reinvent himself. He had a passion for cooking and decided to make some changes in his career. Jeff and Suzette started with one hot dog stand in 2010 and within three months was so busy they ordered a second stand, and started catering at the same time. Although he did go to culinary school, Jeff is really self-taught. He says, ”Buy good ingredients and don’t screw it up,” and he doesn’t!
