After 20 years in construction Jeff Tyler decided to reinvent himself. He had a passion for cooking and decided to make some changes in his career.  Jeff started with one hot dog stand in 2010 and within three months was so busy he ordered a second stand, and started catering at the same time.  Although he did go to culinary school, Jeff is really self-taught.  He says, ”Buy good ingredients and don’t screw it up,”  and he doesn’t!
